ABOUT ME

My background and experience -

Engaging in therapy can help you identify your strengths and build skills that will allow you to meet changes and challenges in life. I would be honored to support you along this journey.

I have a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Carpinteria, California. Fully licensed as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington, I currently work outside of my private practice as a school-based mental health support specialist. I also contract with Washington State University to teach family, parent, and youth courses designed to increase family strengths and enhance child development. My 6 years of experience in the field of mental health also includes working in hospice providing grief support services to families, running summer grief camps, and facilitating grief support groups for children, child loss, widows/widowers, and sudden, traumatic loss.

In addition to my work, I enjoy volunteering. I am a member of the Providence Hospice and Homecare Foundation Board of Snohomish County, and a Committee Member for the SnoCo Children Youth and Family Wellness Fair.
